We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help us generate new business opportunities. As an Inside Sales, you will be responsible for emailing a high volume of contacts per day through a semi-automated process, as well as conducting outbound sales calls and emails to potential customers. You will be expected to develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers primarily through phone, email, and other social media channels.

What will you do?

Engage potential customers by emailing a high number of contacts per day using semi-automated tools. Then, follow up with a subset of these contacts based on their engagement level.

Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to potential customers.

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, mainly through phone, email and other social media.

Document all activity in the CRM system (Hubspot), ensuring it is clean and up-to-date.

Provide detailed information about the company's services to customers. Increase sales by suggesting related services and promoting upsells to existing customers.

Identify and resolve customer issues and address customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure sales and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and services knowledge.

What will you need?

1-2+ years' experience working in sales, lead generation, or cold calling/emailing.

High school diploma or equivalent, preferably a bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

Previous sales experience, preferably in inside sales.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You enjoy the sales process, love to learn, and have a passion for uncovering new sales opportunities.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.

Knowledge of the company's product and/or service and ability to communicate its benefits clearly and effectively.

Fluent English and Spanish is required.
